本日、監督と選手二名は埼玉県知事に表敬訪問の予定です。
Hoy el entrenador y dos atletas tienen una reunion con el gobernador de la prefectura de Saitama.
まき：おはようございます。佐藤まきと申します。今日の通訳担当です。はじめまして。
Maki: Buenos días. Me llamo Maki Sato. Soy el intérprete hoy. Mucho gusto.
コーチ：はじめまして。ホセ アントニオです。彼らが体操選手です。
Entrenador: Mucho gusto. Me llamo José Antonio. Ellos son los gimnastas.
まき：はじめまして。今からバスに乗り、県庁に向かいます。10時半には到着していないといけません、11時に知事に表敬訪問の予定です。
Maki: Encantada. Ahora subimos al autobús y vamos a la oficina de la prefectura. Necesitamos llegar allí antes de las 10:30. Nos encontraremos con el gobernador a las 11:00.
コーチ：了解です。
Entrenador: Ok. Vamos.
県庁到着後
Después de llegar a la oficina de la prefectura.
まき：では、本日の訪問の担当者に電話しますのでここでお待ちください。（電話）連絡が取れました。すぐ来られます。あぁ、あそこに。おはようございます。
Maki: Esperen aquí mientras llamo al organizador de la reunión, por favor. … Ok. El va a venir. Oh, ahí está él. Buenos días.
前氏：おはようございます。日本にようこそ、埼玉にようこそと伝えてください。
Sr. Mae: Buenos días. Dígales que sean bienvenidos a Japón y bienvenidos a Saitama.
まき：アントニオさん、彼が今日の訪問の担当者です。前さんです。「日本にようこそ、埼玉にようこそ」と言われてます。
Maki: Sr. Antonio. Él es el organizador de la reunión de hoy. Se llama Sr. Mae. Él dice que sean “Bienvenidos a Japón y bienvenidos a Saitama”.
コーチ：はい。今日の表敬訪問を調整いただきありがとうございます。
Entrenador: Ok. Gracias por organizar la reunión hoy.
まき：会議室は５階です。エレベーターはこちらです。
会議室には地元の新聞記者とテレビ局の方もおられますので、私たちは会議室の隣の部屋で待機します。
Maki: La sala de conferencias está en el quinto piso. El ascensor está en ese camino.
En la sala de conferencias, las personas de los periódicos locales y estaciones de televisión también están presentes, por eso esperaremos en una habitación al lado de la sala de conferencias.
コーチ：了解です。どのくらいかかりますか。
Entrenador: Ok. ¿Cuánto tiempo será?
まき：表敬訪問ですか？まず知事からのごあいさつがあります。今日は司会がいます。アントニオコーチにごあいさつをお願いすると思います。その後、選手に一人ずつ自己紹介と目標について話していただくようお願いすると思います。また記者からの質問があるかもしれません。
Maki: La reunion? Primero el gobernador dice algunas palabras. Tenemos un presentador hoy. Le pedirá al Sr. Antonio que diga algunas palabras. Después de eso, le pedirá a cada gimnasta que se presente y hable sobre su objetivo. Es posible que reciba algunas preguntas de la prensa.
コーチ：わかりました。席はどうやって判断したらいいですか。
Entrenador: Ok. ¿Cómo sabemos nuestros asientos?
まき：各席に名前のプレートがついています。お名前を確認して座ってください。よろしいでしょうか。
Maki: Se coloca una placa de nombre en cada asiento. Encuentren su nombre y tomen asiento. ¿De acuerdo?
コーチ：はい。わかりました。
Entrenador: Ok. Entiendo.
まき：私はみなさんの後ろにいます。では時間になりましたので行きましょう。
Maki: Estaré detrás de ustedes. Ahora es tiempo de irnos.
コーチ：はい。行きましょう。

Situation:
Today the coach and two athletes will meet the governor of the prefecture of Saitama.
Maki: Good morning. My name is Maki Sato. I am the interpreter today. Nice to meet you.
Coach: Nice to meet you, too. My name is José Antonio. They are the gymnasts.
Maki: Nice to meet you. Now we get on the bus and go to the prefectural office. We need to get there by 10:30. We will meet the governor at 11:00.

After arriving at the prefectural office
Maki: Ok. Please wait here while I call the meeting organizer. … Ok. He is coming. Oh, there he is. Good morning.
Mr. Mae: Good morning. Please tell them welcome to Japan and welcome to Saitama.
Maki: Mr. Antonio. He is the organizer of the meeting today. His name is Mr. Mae. He says “Welcome to Japan and welcome to Saitama”.
Coach: Ok. Thank you for organizing the meeting today.
Maki: The conference room is on the fifth floor. The elevator is on this way. … In the conference room, persons from the local newspapers and TV stations are also present so that we will wait in a room next to the conference room.
Coach: Ok. How long will it be?
Maki: The meeting? First the governor says a few words. We have a presenter today. She will ask Mr. Antonio to give some words. After that, she will ask each gymnast to introduce himself and talk about his goal. You might receive some questions from the press.

Maki: A name plate is placed on each seat. Please find your name and take a seat. Ok?
